The campsite is extremely clean. The accomodation is as described. The animation team are fantastic. The bakery staff and variety of goods were great.
No escooters or motorized vehicles should be allowed in campsite. Soccer for 13-17yrs this was very much missed this year for my teenagers. A shop/ice cream stand in hippocampe especially during activities during the day. When it's extremely hot like this year 41c the rule about footwear at the pool needs to be addressed. The ground is too hot. Include cleaning automatically in the stay, make it the option to opt out. Sheets/towels should be included in your stay. A washing tablet should be included in welcome pack.

In no 18 the bushes and trees need to be cut back. Lots of insects and bird droppings. You had to put up the umbrella all the time.The kitchen area is very small. Not enough space to cook. Would not book this style again. The decking of this accomodation needs to be power washed. Pointed out a mouse hole to ground workers. Cleanliness of van was not great. Needed to clean on arrival. A thorough clean is definitely needed in between stays.

Quiet, relaxed site. Clean and comfortable cabins. Nice small pool ideal for younger kids families.
Wifi very poor, almost non existent at our pitch -advised to use it outdoors. Crossing the road between main campsites could be a bit risky if drivers not paying attention.
Well equipped, aircon worked well. Plenty storage (2Ad, 2Kids) could have stored enough in a smaller cabin for sure.
TV was not working at all. Reception did arrange for it to be fixed the following day but maybe should be part of pre check as missed world cup games. Wifi inside the cabin was almost zero, not that we use devices uch but for using la Sirene app, check in etc. even it was too slow.

Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la terrasse le midi car trop ensoleillée. Prévoir une terrasse couverte ou un parasol supplémentaire peut être...

Everything…… accommodation was clean. Food was delicious. Pool areas were clean and well maintained.
More fans/mist fans or some form of air conditioning in food/drinks/seating areas.
We had a lovely private area. If I had to say something, the living area is a little tight but we weren’t there much so didn’t bother us much.

Really liked the endless amounts of activities on show throughout the day . The swimming pools were amazing and the kids really enjoyed the late night swimming and slides , also the foam party was a big hit with my gang .The campsite was extremely clean and well maintained.
The nighttime seating area is very small for the amount of people in the campsite , and the fact none of the shows were in bio lingo (only French) was quite annoying.
The accommodation was top notch and the private decking was stunning .
The fact the Air Con was fixed to go no lower than 20 degrees was a pain .

Le mobil-home assez propre ( encore un effort et c'est parfait), spacieux et bien agencé. L'emplacement, la terrasse. L'équipement correct. La réactivité de l'accueil en cas de problème ( gaz changé en 5mn). L'accès aux 2 campings. Les restaurants, le supermarché... Enfin un vrai camping 5* avec un vrai accueil souriant et sincère.
Les lames de bois de la terrasse qui s'enfonce et laisse sortir les vis. Les moustiques écrasés sur le plafond de la salle de bain parental. Le manque de place sur les activités sportives. Le fait de devoir séparer les enfants d'âge différent pour les activités. Trop de bruits dans les restaurants ( rédhibitoire après 2 repas à 6 )

Obligé de dormir portes chambres ouvertes. Chambre chaudes. Les fourmis, les moustiques...mais on est dans la nature.

Le calme du camping complémentaire de la sirène qui est le cœur des vacances avec piscines bar et restaurants plus animations. Je tiens a citer Eva du restaurant de la piscine et Tiphanie pour le bar de la sirène côté piscine. Deux forces de travail avec un sens du service extraordinaire. Très belles postures. De vraies professionnelles.
Tv dans la chambre et réception avec plus d’amplitude horaire. Match sur la scène de la sirène aurait très clairement été apprécié.
Bien équipé. Suffisant pour moi et mon fils.
Pas de Clim dans la chambre. Dommage.

Really enjoyed it. The facilities are superb and the entertainment on offer including activities are second to none. Loved the free activities put on for kids and adults. Very impressed
The pool area could do with a coffee kiosk but I get why there is none too. The entrance to hippocampe is busy and tight. Possibly look into changing that a bit or alternatively look to get a pedestrian crossing at the hippocampe entrance so to take away the volume of people (including bikes) off the 1 footpath

Not having a covered deck was a real negative for us. Pro wouldn't book the same type of accommodation for that reason

En general el camping está muy bien, tranquilo, tiene buenos servicios y las zonas de piscina y los espectáculos son buenos. La calidad precio me pareció buena
Lo peor la recepción, solo por esto no volveríamos. Salvo de Silvia, que es amable y muy buena persona, se preocupa genuinamente por los demás, el resto nos dio un trato horrible. De todo lo malo solo comentaré que por equivocarme y en vez de esperar a hacer la inspección en el bungalow, llevé la llave a recepción para el check out, al girarme para salir de la estancia, la señora le dijo a su compañera "es que los españoles son..." con total desprecio y pensando que no la iba a entender en francés. Mal trato, mala educación, para mi algo imperdonable de cara al público, mucho de él español.
El bungalow para mi es mejorable, pero las camas son cómodas. Os aconsejo que os llevéis sábanas de camas pequeñas y de matrimonio y toallas, para no tener que pagarlas.
La limpieza es muy mejorable. Limpia cada huésped al salir, unos mejor que otros, así que depende quien te toque antes tienes más o menos suerte. El mantenimiento/limoieza externo de los bungalows debería mejorarse, quizás hacer un repaso al inicio de la temporada. Avisar en el correo de reserva que los 200 euros de la fianza se entregan en metálico o que necesitas una tarjeta física, que con contacteless no funciona.

The did we nice in the restaurants and the activities were good. The pools are lovely and the shows are very good
There is basically nothing to do activity wise for kids under 6 and even 6 to 10 there is little to do as the activities are aimed at older kids. The beds in the lodges are poor Prices in the restaurants are pretty pricey for food and drink
The lodges are fine with nice decking, bathrooms and appliances.
The beds though are pretty uncomfortable and the walls are paper thin meaning when it was stormy i could barely sleep

The central area where the shows are on/bar/ice creams/shop is a very confined space for the number of people on site. If this area could be opened up more it would be a big improvement. Road between 2 sites extremely busy and chaotic with bikes/walkers/cars

So many things to love about la sirene definitely one of our favourite camping style holidays. The activities during the day for the kids is great and the pools are absolutely fantastic.
The shows are fantastic although they could include a bit more English (not fully) just so the majority of the audience (Irish)would understand a bit more. Other campsites used their own language and English and we found it much more enjoyable to watch. Also could do a couple more interactive nights like the bingo nights as kids preferred it to shows even though the quality of the shows is like nothing else we've seen. On our first night when we arrived we are in bamboo and I was SO disappointed as the food was cold and just not good, if you improved restaurants you would be world class site.
Did the job, was clean and had everything it needed. Would prefer sth larger but I believe we booked late and this is an option just we missed it.
The road crossing between l' hippocamp and La sirene. Thought I'd be able to allow children to go alone but was quite a busy road. Could do with traffic lights. Food - could definitely be better. Pizzeria was the best food and was ok value expect the chips they were very dear for frozen chips.
