We understand your frustration at this situation; however, we encountered exceptional increased visitor numbers due to the presence of a group. Despite the measures put in place to manage this influx, the organisation of the spaces may have been affected at times. We sincerely regret that this may have affected your satisfaction. Bonjour Émilie, C'est avec regret que nous découvrons ici votre déception. Nous comprenons que la convivialité entre certains groupes ait pu occasionner une gêne. Les longs week-ends de mai sont en effet propices aux retrouvailles dans un contexte de forte affluence. Ce week-end, là, nous avions d’ailleurs renforcé notre présence avec un agent de sécurité la nuit. Celui-ci est intervenu à plusieurs reprises afin de veiller au respect du calme et du bien-être de tous. Nous n’avons cependant reçu aucun appel sur le téléphone d’astreinte ni aucune plainte signalée durant votre séjour. Il est dommage que vous ne soyez pas venus échanger avec nous, afin que nous puissions trouver une solution. Quant à votre mobil-home Loggia Eco, il s’agit effectivement de notre Gamme Simplicité, proposée à un tarif plus accessible. Nous avons bien pris en compte vos remarques. Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié l'ambiance familiale de notre établissement ainsi que les jeux extérieurs. La piscine est bel et bien chauffée, mais la température perçue peut varier selon les conditions météo de ce mois d'avril. Nous allons toutefois partager vos observations en interne, afin de veiller à ce point. Pour le logement, nous aurions bien sûr pu compléter rapidement la vaisselle manquante si cela nous avait été signalé pendant votre séjour. Concernant la banquette, votre remarque est également prise en compte afin de vérifier son confort. Cher Maximilien, Nous avons bien lu votre commentaire, le deuxième d’ailleurs. Nous nous y attendions, puisque vous aviez exprimé votre mécontentement en criant à la réception, ce qui ne facilite pas les échanges. Vous évoquez des nuisances sonores liées à un festival américain dans la région. À cette occasion, l’ouverture du portail a été exceptionnellement prolongée jusqu’à minuit pour faciliter l’accès des participants, avec un vigile présent sur tout le week-end. Aucun comportement inapproprié, ni "courses" dans le camping n’ont été constatés ni signalés par les autres vacanciers. Quant à vos voisins, si leur comportement vous a réellement dérangé, vous pouviez en informer la réception ou le vigile, ce qui n’a jamais été fait. Nous entendons que l’ambiance de cette semaine ne correspondait pas à vos attentes. Pour autant, cela ne justifie pas d’affirmer que notre camping ne mérite pas ses étoiles.
