+gemütlicher, kleiner Campingplatz gut ausgestattet +Neues Mobilehome mit einfacher Ausstattung +neue Sanitäranlagen +Restaurant am Pool +kurze Autoentfernung zu den Normandie-Stränden und -Museen
-Platz ist etwas abgelegen, Auto nötig zum einkaufen -Badehosen Regelung bei den Männern, es werden nur "Speedos" erlaubt also Badeslips oder Bedpanties (alles was länger ist als Boxerunterhosen wird moniert und man darf nicht ins Wasser) -pedantische Endkontrolle trotzt bezahlte Endreinigung, das gespülte Geschirr wird einzeln kontrolliert und einzelne Teller mit Wasserflecken muss man dann erneut spülen und "richtig" abrocknen

However, we would like to clarify a few points regarding some of your comments: All the information you mention — including the pool rules, the cleaning conditions, and the equipment of your mobile home — were clearly communicated in advance. These details are available on our website, were included in the newsletter sent 7 days before your arrival, and were also reminded during check-in. So, none of these aspects should have come as a surprise. Regarding the swimming pool: As indicated in our materials, only tight-fitting swimwear (e.g., briefs or swim trunks) is allowed for hygiene reasons — this is a standard rule in many French pools. Despite this information, you attempted to enter the pool wearing swim shorts, which is not permitted. This is why access was refused, which likely explains your lower rating for the swimming area. Concerning the cleaning service: The end-of-stay cleaning package does not include dishwashing or trash removal — this is clearly stated upon arrival. Dishes must be cleaned, dried properly, and put away, and bins must be emptied before departure. These are basic requirements that help us maintain high hygiene standards for all guests. About the uncovered terrace: The mobile home you selected does not have a covered terrace, as mentioned in the description. For more comfort, we had a 3-bedroom cottage with a covered terrace and dishwasher available at the same time of your stay. Die Flexibilität der Camping Betreiber. Die Anlage war sauber. Die Parzellen grosszügig angelegt. In der Nacht die automatische Beleuchtung (Bewegungsmelder) war sehr gut. Keine Hunde! Die frühe Saisoneröffnung!!!

Immer wieder eine Reise wert. Liebevoller Platz. Preis Leistung gerechtfertigt. Kommen immer wieder und wenn es nur für ein paar Tage ist. Liegt zentral und ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Normandie!

Ein sehr schöner Platz, gut gepflegt, alles sehr sauber und ordentlich nettes Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Der Pool war wohl Temperiert.
Ein kleiner Minuspunkt. Es gab keine Grauwasserentsorgung für Wohnmobile. Chemie Toilette konnte entsorgt werden.
Wasser und Strom waren gut zugänglich am Platz

Lovely little site. I booked late here & as I had an 8m Caravan they could only site us right by the Pool, but it was perfect & not as noisy as we expected. On arrival we were given a guide of the site & showed where everything was. The people running the site work tirelessly, I don’t know where they got the energy from. We only used the small Cafe/Bar once on the Fish & Chips evening & it was good. I can’t comment on the Toilets & showers because we used our Caravan facilities, but they looked clean. It was ideal four visiting the Brittany D Day Landing sites. Would return again.
Flies were an irritant in the Cafe. Maybe something at the door entrance may help.
Only one disappointment. One couple pitched a tent close to us just the other side of the Hedge. We were very conscious of them as they were just 2m away. It made it a Fire Hazard. I noticed some children playing with a Ball near to the Pitches & the lady asked them not to play there. Sadly on other occasions it went un noticed. Perhaps some information or signs.

Dear Mr and Mrs Edge, Thank you very much for your lovely review and for appreciating the calm atmosphere of our little campsite, as well as our efforts to make your stay enjoyable. We are delighted that you enjoyed the Fish & Chips evening and that our location was ideal for visiting the D-Day Landing Beaches. Regarding the points you mentioned, we would just like to add a little context. Due to the particularly dry conditions during your stay, barbecues were temporarily prohibited, and this was explained to guests on arrival, as a safety precaution. For ball games, we do have a dedicated play area, and we do our best to remind children when they are playing too close to the pitches. Unfortunately, we cannot supervise every corner of the campsite at all times! We sometimes feel a little like campsite police 😊. Your comment is nevertheless useful, as it reminds us that playing football near the pitches can be a real nuisance for neighbouring campers, and we will make this clearer to everyone. As for the flies, this is one of the little challenges of being in the countryside! We do have a UV fly lamp in the café, although we agree that it is not always enough, especially at certain times of the year. Thank you again for your kind words and for your constructive comments. Chère M et Mme Mahé, Merci beaucoup pour ce joli retour ! 😊 Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié le calme du camping, la propreté des sanitaires, votre emplacement ombragé et, bien sûr, notre accueil. Pour la piscine, elle est actuellement à **27 °C** 🌡️. Avec des températures extérieures autour de 31 °C, il est vrai qu’elle peut donner une petite sensation de fraîcheur 😅… mais c’est justement son rôle en plein été : permettre de se rafraîchir ! 🏊♀️☀️ Nous faisons également le choix de ne pas augmenter davantage sa température, par souci de consommation d’énergie et pour rester cohérents avec notre démarche environnementale. 🌿 Au plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau pour une nouvelle parenthèse au calme en Normandie ! 😊 Cordialement, Delphine & Laurent

I highly recommend this campsite . The owners Dephine & Laurent are very welcoming and offer an excellent well kept campsite. The bar offers a range of good food alongside alternate Friday fish & chips and mussels nights. Laurent's beouf borguignon & fish & chips should not be missed!
